1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website pepper-reputation.com (the “Site”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. Access to and use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full.
The Site is operated by Peppergroup OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our registration details are set out in Section 10 below.
2. Description of Service
The Site is a B2B marketing and information landing page for Pepper Reputation, a reputation management service operated by Peppergroup OÜ. Pepper Reputation assists businesses in managing and improving their presence on third-party review platforms, including Trustpilot, HelloPeter, SmartCustomer, Google Reviews, Casino Guru, Reviews.io, G2, Capterra, and others.
The Site is designed to:
- Provide general information about Pepper Reputation services;
- Allow interested business representatives to submit an enquiry via a contact form.
Important limitations — please read carefully:
- The Site does not offer or facilitate account registration, user logins, or payment processing of any kind.
- The only action available to users on the Site is the submission of an enquiry form containing business contact information.
- Submission of the enquiry form does not constitute an offer, acceptance, or the formation of any contract between you and Peppergroup OÜ. It is a request for us to contact you to discuss our services. Any binding engagement with Pepper Reputation services would only arise from a separately negotiated and executed written agreement.
- The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other advice.
